Many users start off uploading their sites immedietly upon registering. Your welcome email from us should have contained your FTP login info. In case you've lost it or no longer have the info available, we've outlined the FTP connection process here for you. The username and password are assigned on a per domain basis. These details are assigned in the control panel for the server you're on.

If you'd like to reset the FTP password for a particular domain, you'll need to log into the control panel and change the password.

1) Log into your Billing Account.
2) Go to the "My Services" area.
3) Choose the "Product Details" for the account you're trying to access.
4) Near the bottom of the page is the button to log into the control panel.
5) Upon logging in to the control panel, you can reset your FTP Password from here.
